GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS

Culfate is copper sulfate (1%) stabilized with citric acid. Its effect is based on its high reactivity with copper sulfides, and it is specifically recommended for treating abnormal hydrogen sulfide (H2S) tones formed during alcoholic fermentation.

DOSAGE AND APPLICATION

10 - 100 g/hl, maximum dose 100 g/hl

10 g/hl is usually sufficient to remove sulfides from wine.

Doses greater than 25 g/hl can result in copper residues greater than 1 ppm.

Add the product directly to the wine to be treated and mix it.

PACKAGING AND STORAGE

Store the product in a cool, odor-free and moisture-free place. Carefully reseal the opened package after use.
