   Place of data processing Data processing is based on the voluntary, specific, and informed consent or registration of the users (hereinafter: user or users) in the case of users registered on the website. The place of registration and data processing is: www.borkezeles.hu

   Legal basis for data processing In accordance with Act CXII of 2011 on the Right of Informational Self-Determination and on Freedom of Information (hereinafter: Infotv.), Act XLVIII of 2008 on the Basic Requirements and Certain Restrictions of Commercial Advertising Activities (hereinafter: Grt.), and this data processing and data protection policy (hereinafter: Policy), the data controller processes personal data exclusively based on the voluntary, specific, and informed consent of the users.  

   By completing the registration, the user declares that they have read the Policy and accept it as binding upon themselves.

   By completing and submitting the registration, the user acknowledges and consents to the data controller recording, storing, and using the data provided therein in its database, in the manner specified in the Policy. The user has been duly informed about the conditions for the processing of their personal data, consents to it voluntarily and specifically, and gives their unambiguous consent to the processing of their personal data.

The Data Controller does not verify the personal data provided to it. The person providing the data is solely responsible for its accuracy. By providing an email address, any user also assumes responsibility for being the exclusive user of the service from that specified email address. In light of this assumption of responsibility, all liability related to entries made using a given email address rests solely with the user who registered the email address.  

Purpose of data processing 8.1. Enabling online purchasing following successful registration 8.2. With registration, the user can access services during website use, such as order tracking, utilizing loyalty discounts, receiving personalized information and offers. 8.3. The possibility of sending newsletters related to the ordered service to users. 8.4. Documenting and recording communication and interaction between the data controller and users.

The data controller does not use personal data for purposes other than those specified. Personal data is only transferred to third parties with the user's prior, informed written consent. This provision does not apply to potential mandatory data transfers based on the Infotv. or other legislation.

Use of email addresses 9.1. The Data Controller pays special attention to the lawfulness of using the email addresses  it manages, thus using them only in the manner defined in this policy (for information, newsletter, or advertising) to send emails. 9.2. The processing of email addresses primarily serves user identification and contact during order fulfillment and service usage, so emails are primarily sent for this purpose. 9.3. The Data Controller sends letters containing advertisements or promotions (newsletters) to the email addresses provided during registration only with the user's explicit consent, in cases and manner compliant with legal regulations. Users can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link provided at the bottom of the newsletter.

Method of data processing Data processing is carried out electronically. The data controller does not engage a data processor.

Duration of data processing Data processing continues until the user utilizes the unsubscribe option provided by the data controller. Unsubscription occurs by sending an email indicating the intent to unsubscribe to the following address: [e-mail-cím eltávolítva]

Data security measures Personal data is stored on servers located within the territory of Hungary at the data controller's premises, protected by 24-hour security surveillance.

Availability and possibility of modification of the Policy The Policy is available at https://oenotech.hu/legal-notice. The data controller reserves the right to unilaterally modify the Policy upon prior notification to the users. By using the service after the modification takes effect, the user accepts the modified Policy.

Users' rights regarding the processing of their personal data Users may request information regarding the processing of their personal data. Upon request, the data controller will inform the user about the data processed, the purpose, legal basis, and duration of the data processing. Requests for information should be sent via email to [e-mail-cím eltávolítva], to which the user will receive a response within 8 working days. Users may request the deletion of their data as specified under the 'Duration of data processing' section.

Legal remedy options The user may exercise their rights to legal remedies before a court based on the Infotv. and Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code (hereinafter: Ptk.). Furthermore, according to the provisions of the Infotv., they may request the intervention of the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság, address: 1125 Budapest, Szilágyi Erzsébet fasor 22/c). Other provisions The Data Controller's system may collect data about user activity, which cannot be linked to other data provided by users during registration, nor to data generated when using other websites or services. In all cases where the data controller intends to use the provided data for a purpose different from the original purpose of data collection, it shall inform the user, obtain their prior explicit consent, and provide them with the opportunity to prohibit such use. The Data Controller commits to ensuring the security of the data and takes the technical measures necessary to protect the collected, stored, or processed data. It will also make every effort to prevent their destruction, unauthorized use, and unauthorized alteration. The Data Controller also commits to requiring any third party to whom data might be transferred or provided to fulfill these obligations.
