GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS

A clarifying and stabilizing agent based on chitin derivatives with PVPP and isinglass. The chitin derivatives are derived from a specific strain of Aspergillus niger.

Thanks to their reactivity with flavonoids, chitin derivatives and PVPP reduce the risk of browning and the formation of protein-tannin compounds, while isinglass promotes rapid flocculation and sedimentation.

DOSAGE AND APPLICATION

20-60 g/hl, max 110g/hl

Dissolve F-ChitiGlass in 10 times its volume of water, and after a short rest, add it in a thin stream to the batch to be treated while stirring. After complete sedimentation, rack off.

PACKAGING AND STORAGE

Store the product in a cool, odor-free and moisture-free place. After use, reseal the opened package airtight.
