GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS

T-Ruby is a tannin preparation extracted from red berry tree species. It helps to highlight fruity notes and increases the sweet sensation. It emphasizes varietal character while having a strong antioxidant effect.

DOSAGE AND APPLICATION

For white, red, and rosé wines: 1-20 g/l

In the pre-bottling stage, at least 48 hours before final filtration.

It is recommended to carry out laboratory tests to determine the appropriate dosage.

Dissolve in ten times the amount of water/must/wine, then add to the batch to be treated.

PACKAGING AND STORAGE

Store the product in a cool, odor-free, and moisture-free place. After opening, reseal the package airtight after use.
