GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS

B-Premium is a granulated, activated, premium bentonite that provides a solution for the protein stability and clarification needs of wines without sacrificing sensory quality goals.

B-Premium can be used to treat musts, for flotation, and even in finished wines.

It helps not only with protein stability and clarification but also in correcting minor sensory defects.

Mineral content: Calcium: 0.1-0.8% / Sodium: 0.5-0.9% / Iron: 20-50 ppm

DOSAGE AND APPLICATION

40-100g/hl, depending on the clarification material requirement.

Dissolve in 10 times the amount of water and allow to swell for at least 30 minutes. Mix thoroughly when adding to the tank.

Sedimentation usually occurs within 48 hours.

PACKAGING AND STORAGE

Store the product in a cool place, free from foreign odors and moisture. Reseal the opened package airtight after use.
