GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS

Ca-Carbo is an acid reducing agent suitable for use in must and wine.

It causes the precipitation of tartaric acid in the form of an insoluble salt.

DOSAGE AND APPLICATION

50 g/hl Ca-Carbo reduces the acid content by 0.5 g/l.
