Complete feed for yeasts thanks to the presence of readily assimilable phosphorus and nitrogen.

Added to the must or during the inoculation phase, thanks to the presence of phosphorus it stimulates both the formation of enzymes and of the amino acid fraction, guaranteeing regular fermentation; the readily assimilable nitrogen, on the other hand, favors a rapid and regular start of fermentation.

DOSES AND INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Disperse the DAP in water and add directly to the mass while stirring.

A dosage of 20-30 g/hl is recommended in first and second fermentation. A dose of 30 g of ammonium phosphate per hectolitre of must or wine increases readily assimilable nitrogen by 78 mg/l.
