DOSAGE AND APPLICATION

For white and rosé wines 20-40 g/hl

For red wines 15-35 g/hl

 

 

Rehydrate the dried yeast in ten times its volume of warm water (40°C) and let it stand for 20 minutes.

 

 

When using Fortiferm™, prepare a suspension of Fortiferm™ in ten times its volume of water (42°C) before adding the active dried yeast. Let it stand for at least 20 minutes and then mix gently to dissolve any lumps.

It produces very low levels of acetaldehyde and contributes to the production of wines with low SO2 content.
