GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS

S-Tartre Contact plays a key role in achieving maximum tartaric stability in wines.

S-Tartre Contact promotes the formation of potassium bitartrate crystals and accelerates the sedimentation of endogenous crystals.

Due to the particle size of 45-55% below 75 µm, S-Tartre Contact optimizes the cooling process, regardless of the method used (continuous or contact process).

DOSAGE AND APPLICATION

Add to cold wine at a temperature below 0°C.

The wine should be stirred regularly to ensure even distribution of S-Tartre Contact.

If the wine is pre-clarified, the treatment should be carried out after racking.

Dosage: 100-400 g/hL

Laboratory pre-trials are recommended to determine the exact dosage.
