GENERAL FEATURES

V-MustComplex is a mix made of activated carbon, yeast cell walls, bentonite, and yeast proteins. It helps to soak up any leftover bits from sprays that might be on the grapes. These leftovers could cause problems during the process that turns grape juice into wine. So, this mix is a great helper for taking care of grape juice and wine.

It helps to:

Remove leftover spray stuff.
Make the grape juice turn into wine faster.
Make the starting time of this process shorter.
Make the yummy smells made by tiny helpers (called yeasts) in the wine stronger.

DOSAGE AND APPLICATION

20 – 100 g/hl

Mix V-MustComplex with 10 times as much water. Then, add it to the grape juice or wine you want to treat while stirring it gently. Let it sit for 24 hours so things can settle, and then carefully pour off the clear liquid.

PACKAGING AND STORAGE

Keep it in a dry place where air can move around, at a temperature between 5 and 25 °C.
