In-depth rosé management
The device is particularly well-suited for rosé wines, allowing for the assessment of must color, placement on a graphical color chart, and making refinement decisions based on the desired color. When paired with Polyscan, the user gains access to a complete diagnosis of their musts while simultaneously managing the risk of oxidation. After alcoholic fermentation, the device can check whether the target color of the wine has been achieved.
