Nomasense O2 P6000 kit
O2 analyzer device for winemaking applications
The Nomasense O2 P6000 I is a portable O2 analyzer device developed for laboratory research needs. The validation of the device was carried out in collaboration with several prominent research institutions, and thanks to the accuracy of the device, it is still used by influential winemaking research centers to gain a deeper understanding of the role oxygen plays in the development of wine. The Nomasense O2 P6000 utilizes the principle of luminescence, enabling the research of oxygen permeability of various packaging solutions, including closures, as well as monitoring low dissolved O2 concentrations during wine aging.
MAIN FEATURES OF THE DEVICE:
- Device operating on the principle of luminescence
- Non-destructive, accurate, real-time measurement
- Suitable for measuring both dissolved and gaseous oxygen
- Integrated correction for measurements in high sugar and/or alcohol concentration matrices (musts, fortified wines, and spirits)
- Built-in thermometer and built-in barometer for measurement compensation
- Long-lasting oxygen sensors that withstand cleaning procedures used in cellars.
- Portable, lightweight.
USAGE:
- Two types of sensors:
- PSt3, detection threshold 15 μg/L, measurement range between 0 and 22 mg/L
- PSt6, detection threshold 1 μg/L, measurement range between 0 and 1.8 mg/L
- Calibration of the sensors is simple and possible using QR codes
- Capable of storing up to 100 calibration values
- Simple, intuitive user interface
- Computer data management software
