Dissolved CO2 (carbon dioxide) plays a very important role in the flavor balance of still wines and helps regulate their flavor balance. Therefore, it is important to manage this factor throughout the entire winemaking process, ensuring the proper concentration in the finished wine.
The Nomasense CO2 device provides accurate, real-time results on the concentration of dissolved CO2 in wine. Thanks to the speed and simplicity of the measurement, the device can be used in a variety of applications.

Benefits
The carbon dioxide levels in wines are generally monitored using the most common technique in wineries, the “Carbodoser.” While this device is easy to use, the measured results are often not very accurate or reproducible.
Currently, the only option for achieving more reliable values is laboratory measurement of CO2 concentration. However, this does not provide real-time results, which are essential for making immediate decisions.
