FERMENTATION ACTIVATOR WITH NUTRITIVE ELEMENTS

DESCRIPTION

NUTRIPOWER is a complex nutrient combining organic nitrogen, mineral nitrogen anh thiamine. Thanks its specific formulation based on the synergistic union of ammonium phosphate, inactivated yeast, and yeast autolysates. Employed as an activator and natural regulator of fermentations.

TECHNOLOGICAL APPLICATIONS

This specific formulation combines different assimilable nitrogen sources (ammonium phosphate, inactivated yeast, and yeast autolysates) bringing to the
yeast a fast assimilable mineral nitrogen and organic nitrogen of a slower assimilation.

NUTRIPOWER:

• ensures the development of a sufficient yeast population,
• allows regular and complete alcoholic fermentation
• prevents the formation of unwanted compounds (H2S, VA, etc.).

DOSES AND INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
NUTRIPOWER can be used on any type of must (white, red or rosé) Add NUTRIPOWER at the beginning of alcoholic fermentation. Prepare
separately and add in the tank after inoculus of the yeast (LSA)
Doses:

• 20-60 g/hl on must.
• Second fermentation for sparkling wines 45 g/hl

For Red Wine, NUTRIPOWER can be add directly into the tank during a pump over.
For White Wine, incorporated the total quantity of NUTRIPOWER in ratio 1:10 times its weight in water or must. Mix thoroughly and incorporated immediately into the tank.
Dosage should be based on the initial assimilable nitrogen content of the must, the potential alcohol degree and the turbidity.
10 g/hl (100 ppm) of NUTRIPOWER provides about 15 mg/l (15 ppm) assimilablee nitrogen (mineral and organic).
10 g/hl (100 ppm) of NUTRIPOWER provides about 0,1 mg/l (0,1 ppm) thiamine (chlorhydrate).
European maximum legal dosage: 60 g/hl
