GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS
A formula made from silica gel and special activated carbon, carefully experimented to adsorb and thereby reduce the amount of substances responsible for undesirable flavors, with particular attention to musty and phenolic odors.
DOSAGE AND APPLICATION
30-100g/hl. Dissolve in a small amount of wine (10x its volume), then add to the wine. To achieve the desired effect, the required dosage should be determined by a clarification trial.
PACKAGING AND STORAGE
Activated carbon very easily absorbs odors and moisture, so it should always be stored in a dry place free from foreign odors. Carefully reseal opened packages and use as soon as possible. The user is responsible for improper storage and use.
