DESCRIPTION

DAP is pure diammonium phosphate. It serves as a nutrient for yeasts and aids their reproduction. It is permitted under current laws and regulations. The product has been tested in a professional laboratory for purity and quality. It improves yeast nutrition and fermentation efficiency.

PRODUCT AND EFFECT

DAP increases the ammonium and phosphate content of the must, thereby improving yeast nutrition. Yeast cells undergo more vigorous division, and fermentation proceeds more smoothly. DAP easily clumps. This can be reversed by shaking the bags.

DOSAGE

Depending on the nutrient content of the must, a maximum of 100 g/100 l. This is the legally permitted limit.

APPLICATION

Dissolve in a small amount of must or water, then add to the total amount while stirring vigorously. Ensure good distribution.

STORAGE

Store in a dry, dark place. Carefully reseal opened packages.
