GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS

I-Glass Liquid is a fish bladder preparation for fining white and rosé wines.

It has a particularly effective settling effect. It improves filterability and stability, providing brilliant clarity to the wine.

DOSAGE AND APPLICATION

100-120 mL/hL: dissolved in 2-3 times its volume of water.

Mix I-Glass Liquid in 2-3 times its volume of cold water and add to the wine while stirring thoroughly. Homogenize properly. After settling is complete, rack the wine.

Note: these doses are for guidance only. Always carry out preliminary laboratory tests.

PACKAGING AND STORAGE

Store in a dry, well-ventilated place at a temperature between 5 and 25 °C.

Once the package is opened, I-Glass Liquid quickly loses its effectiveness and should therefore be used quickly. The recommended shelf life is indicated on the packaging.
