GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS

S-Meta+ surrounds tartaric crystals, thus inhibiting their growth and preventing their precipitation. Its high esterification index ensures high effectiveness against potassium bitartrate precipitation, thus maintaining the stability of the wine even at low storage temperatures.

S-Meta+ dissolves excellently and does not affect the sensory characteristics of the product.

DOSAGE AND APPLICATION

Maximum 10 g/hl

Dissolve in ten times its volume of water or wine. Add to the wine before the final filtration. Do not use the product together with clarifying agents or in the presence of adsorbing materials.

PACKAGING AND STORAGE

The product is hygroscopic, so store it in a place free from moisture and foreign odors. Reseal the opened package tightly after use.
