GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS

CuCitrate offers an excellent solution for removing sulfur-containing, unpleasant-smelling compounds such as hydrogen sulfide and mercaptans. By adhering to the recommended dosage, it removes undesirable aromas with minimal increase in copper content. It is gentle on the wine's aromas from a sensory perspective. After treatment, the appearance of a "metallic" taste is less characteristic compared to copper sulfates.

DOSAGE AND APPLICATION

5-20 g/hL (maximum dosage 50 g/hl). 50 g of CUcitrate contains 1 g of copper citrate, which is equivalent to 350mg of copper. Dissolve in ten times the amount of water, and after a few minutes of settling, add to the batch to be treated. The resulting clarification sediment must be separated by filtration within 18-24 hours.

PACKAGING AND STORAGE

Store the product in a cool, odor-free, and moisture-free place. Carefully reseal opened packages after use.
