GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS

A multi-component, plant-based fining agent, ideal for white musts. The simultaneous presence of bentonite, pea protein and PVPP guarantees must clarification and promotes the stabilization of the finished wine. Bentonite promotes protein stability, while PVPP reduces the risk of oxidation. Suitable for preventing oxidative phenomena, pinking, protein haze, and removing bitter substances, thereby establishing and enhancing the fruity character.

DOSAGE AND APPLICATION

White and rosé must: 10-40 g/hL

Mix in ten times its volume of water, then add to the must in a thin stream. Stir gently. Racking should be carried out within a few days after complete settling of the lees.

PACKAGING AND STORAGE

Store the product in a cool, odor-free and moisture-free place. After opening, reseal the package carefully.
