GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS

S-Fizzydose contains potassium metabisulfite, which releases 5 g of sulfur dioxide when added to must or wine. It is particularly useful when small doses of sulfur dioxide are required, such as when wines are aged in barrels.

DOSAGE AND APPLICATION

The required amount of sulfur dioxide should be calculated from the product's current sulfur dioxide level and the volume of the liquid involved. One S-Fizzydose tablet releases 5 g of SO2.

Example:

Amount of wine to be sulfited: 10 hL
Recommended readjustment amount: 1 g/hL
Number of S-Fizzydose tablets: 2 tablets

PACKAGING AND STORAGE

S-Fizzydose is supplied in blister packs containing 42 tablets.

Once the blister pack has been opened, the tablets should be used immediately.

Store in a dry, well-ventilated place at a temperature between 5 and 25 °C.

The recommended shelf life is indicated on the packaging.
