GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS

V-Clean is a highly effective, combined clarifying agent that facilitates filtration, increases color stability and removes oxidation-prone phenols. Thanks to its activated carbon content, it is ideal for clarifying white wines.

Allergen-free and GMO-free.

DOSAGE AND APPLICATION

30-60 g/hl – trial clarification is recommended

Dissolve in ten times its volume of water, then after a short rest, add to the must/wine to be treated, while stirring continuously.

PACKAGING AND STORAGE

Store the product in a cool, odor-free and moisture-free place. After opening, reseal the package tightly after use.
